This autumn Mercedes is due to introduce the new GLK, a real angular offroader based on the C Class. However, before moving to series production, it has to go through a final test phase under extreme conditions in Namibia and northern Sweden. Sand, ice, and rocky landscapes are just some of the obstacles it has to confront. Special attention is paid to handling, traction and overall performance.
