Guardian Angels Looking Out for Fellow Teen Drivers
Drink driving is a serious problem in a much of the world. And the large majority of the problem lies in young adults, who often underestimate the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
While there's always some sort of campaign or another to spread the anti-drink driving message, it's often not heeded. Like in rural areas, where most people get around by car, even the best advice and harshest penalties have had little impact on the habits of many young party-going drivers.
