What can I do, if I have problems receiving DW-programs via cable television?
DW broadcast world wide TV and radio programs 24 hours a day. In order to maintain the high quality of our signals we constantly monitor our transmission paths
If you have difficulties receiving DW programs via cable TV over a long period of time, this is probably caused by the cable provider and not by DW satellite transmission quality.
Please contact your cable provider so that they can make the necessary technical alterations to improve reception quality.
Please also inform us which cable provider you have and how long you have been experiencing reception problems.
