Berlin will soon have another elite address. Behind the Adlon Hotel they've built a gourmet temple with three sections: the 'Ma' Chinese restaurant, the 'Uma' Japanese restaurant and 'Shochu' cocktail bar.
The first customers are expected at the end of June. In the series "Star Cuisine - a new luxury restaurant for Berlin", Made in Germany showcases the development of the elite restaurant right up to its opening day and observes top chef Tim Raue and designer Markus Hilzinger as they get ready. Their aim is exquisite cuisine and perfect interior design. Will it be worth it in the end?
