Biking in the mountains – a tour of the Zugspitze

The 2962-meter-tall Zugspitze doesn’t have anything on Mont Blanc in France where height is concerned, but it is still well worth the ascent.
A tour on two wheels offers a unique experience of this fabulous mountain range. We accompanied mountain-bikers on an 80-kilometer tour with the hope of reaching the Eibsee, one of the most beautiful lakes in the Bavarian Alps.
