Jewish American Sylvia Ruth Gutmann has Found her Roots in Berlin
For people whose family has been affected by the Holocaust, it is not easy to visit Germany
Sylvia Ruth Gutmann, an American from New York has lived in Germany for six years before going back for good a few months ago. She wanted to discover Berlin - the city her parents had called home before they were murdered by the Nazis when Sylvia was three years old. Sylvia Ruth Gutmann never expected to stay in Germany for so long, but the search for her own roots led to people and experiences she never imagined.
