The Poles Are Coming - Why Germans on the north of the Polish border are scared of a sell out

The region close to the northern part of Germany's Polish border is fairly thinly populated. Unemployment is high, and there are few perspectives. But things have been changing with the arrival of many Poles, mostly from nearby Szczecin. These EU migrants are creating jobs in engineering and other skilled trades. They live on the German side of the border, and are behind a little growth in the region. But there is also a little friction with the local Germans, who have watched as their Polish neighbours settle and enjoy success.
