Regensburg – A medieval city on the Danube River with a rich history

Regensburg, with its pretty medieval houses, has a very cosy feel. The medieval old town has survived the centuries almost unchanged. The city's famous stone bridge across the Danube is part of the city's rich historical legacy.
It's over 300 meters long. In the middle-ages it counted as an architectural wonder, and its design inspired the construction of other great bridges.
