Zimbabwe talks set to begin in Pretoria

Talks between representatives of Zimbabwe's ruling President Robert Mugabe and opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai are set to begin in the South African capital Pretoria. Reports from the Zimbabwean capital Harare say the meetings could be delayed, because key negotiators are having trouble getting out of the country. Mugabe and Tsvangirai signed a framework power-sharing a deal on Monday hailed as a breakthrough in the process of solving the country's political crisis.
