Reinventing the Wheel

The weird and wonderful world of modern cycling takes over the Cologne Trade Fair complex this week. This roadster was just one of the many custom bikes on show on Saturday, Sept. 20 at the IFMA 2008 Bike Fair in the city. No longer, it seems, is the humble bicycle just merely a mode of self-propelled transport but a fashion statement...and in some cases, a product of science. Bildunterschrift:
